Since 2015, we have regarded corporate and social responsibility as a core theme of our operations. Beyond the practices we take for granted, such as waste separation, electric vehicles, and the use of FSC-certified paper, our commitment t0 sustainability is also reflected in our working methods and initiatives:

• Local instead of central. Our global network of more than 1,100 ‘Local Heroes’ – comprising installers and technicians – enables us to significantly reduce CO2 emissions. How? With our Local Heroes spread across all continents, installations can take place locally, reducing travel distances to a maximum of one hour, no matter where in the world. Central production with installations all across Europe? No problem, we have Local Heroes ready to get to work everywhere. The concrete benefits and savings? • Sustainable materialiastion. At RGN, we have in-depth knowledge of sustainable materials. Think of PVC-free films, water-based paints and coatings, recycled plastics, reusing (waste) materials, and alternatives such as signage made from compost or bamboo.
• DSTRCT/74. Our office is based in the DSTRCT/74 complex, a BREEAM-Excellent certified building. BREEAM is the leading certification method for sustainable construction, and with the rating ‘Excellent’, the DSTRCT/74 complex achieves one of the highest levels of sustainability.
