Vacancy (international) sales and account director
As an (international) sales and account director at RGN, you are the link between our organisation and our (international) clients. You develop and maintain client relationships, understand our clients’ needs and translate them into fitting solutions. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that customer expectations are not only met, but exceeded. Who are we
RGN manages the brand identity of prominent (international) brands. RGN analyzes, implements, and maintains everything related to corporate design and branding. We do this based on three pillars: Orientation, Implementation, and Management. This way, RGN truly adds value to a brand.
Both nationally and internationally, RGN has been working for brands like Nike, Apple, FrieslandCampina, ABN AMRO, PostNL, Radboudumc, and CitizenM since 1997. At RGN, we make a boundless impact: everywhere in the world, you encounter brands that you, as an RGN team member, have contributed to!

Your working week
Your responsibility:
- Building and maintaining client relationships (national and international);
- Identifying and approaching new potential clients;
- Advising clients on out services and solutions;
- Collaborating with internal teams to successfully deliver client projects;
- Preparing and negotiating quotations and contracts;
- Monitoring market developments relevant to RGN’s services;
- Reporting to the Sales Manager on progress and results.
What do you need?
- A completed HBO or WO degree in a commercial field, such as Commercial Economics, Business Administration or a similar study;
- At least a few years of relevant work experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in an international environment;
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written (other languages are a plus);
- Proficiency with CRM systems and strong skills in Microsoft Office;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- A client and agency network is a plus
