Who are we

RGN manages the brand identity of prominent (international) brands. RGN analyzes, implements, and maintains everything related to corporate design and branding. We do this based on three pillars: Orientation, Implementation, and Management. This way, RGN truly adds value to a brand.

Both nationally and internationally, RGN has been working for brands like Nike, Apple, FrieslandCampina, ABN AMRO, PostNL, Radboudumc, and CitizenM since 1997. At RGN, we make a boundless impact: everywhere in the world, you encounter brands that you, as an RGN team member, have contributed to!

The team at RGN fosters excellent team spirit, values independence, works hard together, and celebrates successes collectively. We enjoy Friday afternoon drinks and have the option to exercise with a personal trainer. Our office environment is brand new and housed within a fantastic concept with excellent lunch facilities and a rooftop terrace.

Your working week

As an (international) sales and account director, you start your working week with a team meeting to discuss both ongoing and new projects. Throughout the week, you contact existing clients to check on the progress of their projects and to see if there are any additional needs. You also schedule appointments with potential new clients and agencies to present our services. You use the time between appointments and tasks to network, for instance, via LinkedIn, during business lunches, or by participating in a brainstorming session with the marketing department about new campaigns. On your office days, you prepare quotations and agreements and discuss them with clients. You end the week by updating your CRM system or preparing a presentation for a client visit the following week.

Your responsibility:

  • Building and maintaining client relationships (national and international);
  • Identifying and approaching new potential clients;
  • Advising clients on out services and solutions;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to successfully deliver client projects;
  • Preparing and negotiating quotations and contracts;

  • Reporting to the Sales Manager on progress and results.

What do you need?

  • A completed HBO or WO degree in a commercial field, such as Commercial Economics, Business Administration or a similar study;
  • At least a few years of relevant work experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in an international environment;
  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written (other languages are a plus);
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and strong skills in Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • A client and agency network is a plus

What are your strengths?

  • Proactive and results-oriented working style;
  • Strong in relationship management and customer-focused thinking;
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently, but also be a team player;
  • Recognize and seize commercial opportunities;
  • Ability to operate at tactical, operational, and strategic levels.

What we offer

  • A position for 32-40 hours per week (exact arrangements to be discussed, including work hours and days);
  • A market-conform salary and excellent secondary benefits;
  • A challenging role where you can have a direct impact on the company’s growth and success;
  • Opportunities for professional development and training;
  • A supportive company culture that encourages innovation and personal growth;
