Who are we

RGN manages the brand identity of prominent (international) brands. RGN analyzes, implements, and maintains everything related to corporate design and branding. We do this based on three pillars: Orientation, Implementation, and Management. This way, RGN truly adds value to a brand.

Your workday

At RGN, we work daily to make international top brands visible. With dozens of projects for analysing, implementing, and maintaining brands, we deal with extensive financial (project) administration. As a (project) controller, you, together with your colleagues, ensure the accurate receipt, registration, and processing of the entire financial administration.

You develop and provide financial dashboards and reports, and provide an overview of projects, such as recorded and outstanding orders, recorded forecasts, contracts, and durations. Additionally, you are involved with cash flow and liquidity, VAT and ICP returns, revenue and margin analyses, and you supervise your colleague in the financial administration.

You work closely with the project team, advising and supporting members in delivering accurate, complete, and timely information and processing it in Exact Online. You ensure everything complies with RGN’s policies and make adjustments as necessary.

Finally, you take the lead in implementing quality improvements and standardisation, working together with your colleagues.

Your responsibility:

  • Monitoring the budget;
  • Maintaining the financial (project) administration;
  • Providing financial insights to the executive team and project managers;
  • Risk and cash flow management.

What do you need?

  • A completed HBO or WO degree in a financial field, such as Business Economics, Accountancy, or a similar study;
  • Numerical skills;
  • Proficiency with financial software (experience with Exact Online is a pre) and advanced Excel skills;
  • Relevant work experience in a financial role, preferably within project management.
